When it is time to submit the planning
application for your under-construction project, there are certain documents
that needs to be submitted along with the application for effective and
positive approval at one go. Some of these are optional while some are
mandatory and needs to be attached with the planning applications before submitting the documents to the Windsor
development authority.
The application should comprise of planning
layout, the supporting documents to attached and fully filled up application
form and the payment to be paid. If you submit the form online you don’t need
to physically visit the authority’s office, the department will get the
attachments and the duly filled form.
The authority will not be able to take any step
unless you submit the filled up form and attach the required documents. You can
also further submit any additional documents which you feel will be helpful for
assessing.
Take a note that online filling up and
submitting can get interrupted in case the files to be uploaded is bigger in
size or has a different format than required. You need to fill up a hard copy
and submit it personally by visiting the office for complete realisation. You
can also submit the data required electronically via CD or Pen Drive. However,
the type of information the local council requires differs individually and you
need to know it prior to arranging the planning applications and submitting to the Windsor development council.
The number of documents to be submitted differs
from areas to areas and is segregated into national and local. Through online
application you can attach the required documents without fuss. In case of a
hardcopy fill up, you need three copies of the form. The attached documents
however is defined by the local authority and you need to provide them for
quick evaluation.
