What All Extensions Can You Do Without Applying To The Authorities?

If you have been told to submit planning applications to the Berkshire developmental authorities, there is a need that you take ample time to check if at all the work needs any approvals. There are certain kinds of developments in a building which really doesn’t need any sort of approvals from the key authorities and can be done right away without bothering the board.

Many a time, people are uninformed about the strategic steps to be taken which don’t need any additional approvals. You will be wasting a huge chunk of time waiting for a reply from the authorities but the reply might not even come because of the illogical application. If you are looking forward to planning a huge renovation or extension in your primary establishment, you need to put forward the planning application to get the required approval. Without the documentation, the extra work will be termed to be illegitimate and may be demolished without any notice.

You are allowed to extend your primary establishment to a certain extent but if you are planning to go further there is a requirement of approval. If the new planning is entirely changing the present face of the primary establishment you will be needing documentation. The extension should not go beyond the present roof without approval. You are not allowed to construct any veranda, balcony or raised platform without putting the papers. Even you are not allowed to change the nature of the material which has been used in the primary establishment. If you want to go beyond the limitations you have to provide planning applications to the Berkshire authorities for approval.
